Duong Nhat organized the program “On-Site Training for Technology Design and Project Construction Engineers”, part of the company’s annual internal activities that have shaped Duong Nhat’s culture for many years.
The training trip was led by Mr. Nguyen Nhat Truong – Project Dept. Director and Mr. Pham Quang Duy – Project Dept. Director.
The program not only focused on construction equipment, operation procedures, and modern wastewater treatment and reuse technologies under the Smart and Green model, but also offered profound insights through practical case studies and valuable lessons shared by Mr. Truong and Mr. Duy. Through this, the engineering team was further equipped with the ability to identify issues, clarify existing blind spots, and enhance project development and management effectiveness.
Highlights of the program:
- Directly visiting the wastewater treatment and reuse plant for the largest Coca Cola beverage factory in Viet Nam and the centralized wastewater treatment plant of Protrade International Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Binh Duong province), both executed by Duong Nhat as EPC General Contractor.
- Exchanging and networking with Duong Nhat’s experienced management team, including 2 Project Dept. Director, Department Heads, 5 Technology Departments, 2 Construction Design Departments, Shop Drawing Department, and Revit Department.
Through this activity, Duong Nhat aims to:
- Enhance practical skills, knowledge, and experience for the Design team.
- Promote communication and connection between the Design Division and the Construction Division.
- Draw lessons learned and improve design and operation processes.
- Foster a spirit of learning, creativity, and strengthen internal bonding among Duong Nhat members.

This on-site training trip not only allowed Duong Nhat’s engineers to “see firsthand – learn on the spot” but also served as a catalyst to reinforce and foster the spirit of Unity – Pioneer – Shine, an important factor that contributed to Duong Nhat winning 16 projects with a total value of over VND 650 billion in the first 6 months of 2025.
