Duong Nhat has been awarded the contract for the Wastewater Treatment Plant of Giao Long Paper Mill (Plant No. 3) in Ben Tre, with a treatment capacity of 6,800 CMD – Total contract value of nearly VND 200 billion. The project is developed by Giao Long Paper Co., Ltd., a member of Dong Hai Ben Tre Corporation (DOHACO), with Duong Nhat serving as the EPC General Contractor.
Giao Long Paper Mill (Plant No. 3) has a production capacity of 390,000 tons per year, with a total investment of VND 2,250 billion. This is a strategic project that enables DOHACO to double its production capacity, meet the growing demand for packaging materials (over 10% annual growth), and strengthen its position as one of Viet Nam’s leading Testliner–Kraftliner manufacturers.
The Wastewater Treatment Plant of Giao Long Paper Mill (Plant No. 3) represents a vital piece of environmental infrastructure. This investment directly supports DOHACO’s “green” production strategy and demonstrates its commitment to the circular economy development trend.
The wastewater treatment plant is designed by Duong Nhat with a high safety factor, incorporating modern “Smart and Green” wastewater treatment technology that adheres to ESG criteria. The system guarantees stable effluent quality and minimizes chemical consumption, reduces operating costs, and features intelligent automation solutions. The discharge quality strictly complies with the National Technical Regulation QCVN 40:2025/BTNMT and the Investor’s stringent standards, thereby ensuring the highest levels of stability and safety.
