WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF PHUOC DONG INDUSTRIAL PARK – BOI LOI, CAPACITY OF 5000 M3/DAY

Phuoc Dong Industrial Park with an area of 2,190 hectares is located in a complex of 3,285 hectares, located in Go Dau and Trang Bang districts, Tay Ninh, built by Saigon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company to become a high-end industrial production area to help secondary investors/enterprises maximize production and business capabilities in a fresh and effective working environment.

Duong Nhat has successfully handed over the centralized wastewater treatment plant of Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Boi Loi – factory No. 1, with a capacity of 5000 m³/day to the Investor. As the EPC General Contractor for wastewater treatment and supply water treatment No. 1 in Vietnam, we ensure the quality of treated wastewater to meet Column A, QCVN:40/BTNMT, with coefficients Kq=0.9 and kf=0.9 as committed

Wastewater treatment plant of Phuoc Dong – Boi Loi Industrial Park is designed, constructed and installed by Duong Nhat engineers with the following items:

• Streamlined functional houses cluster with full convenient space, easy to operate, ensuring to meet the usability of the treatment system;
• The main treatment tank cluster uses 2-step physicochemical treatment technology combined with Anoxic and Aerotank treatment technology. The biological treatment tank is divided into 2 modules running in parallel.
• Separared chemical warehouse and chemical mixing house with chemical lift ensure safety during operation;
• The sludge pressing system are easy to transfer sludge the processing unit for disposal.
• The emergency pond is designed to ensure the process adjustment and emergency response.

The concentration of parameters of pH, temperature, COD, TSS, NH₄⁺ is measured by online sensors, through an automatic monitoring system to ensure strict and continuous control of treated water before being discharged into the environment.
