Centralized wastewater treatment plant project of My Phuoc 3.1 Industrial Park with a capacity of 8,000 m3/day is by Duong Nhat as EPC general contractor. This is the largest wastewater treatment plant project in the Southeast Viet Nam. Currently, the plant is operating automatically and stably with the quality of treated wastewater meeting QCVN 40: 2011/BTMNT, with coefficient kq = 0.9, kf = 0.9.
Centralized wastewater treatment plant of My Phuoc 3.1 Industrial Park is designed, constructed and installed by Duong Nhat engineers for the following items:
- The operation houses cluster includes: control room, staff rest room, laboratory, chemical warehouse and chemical diluting house; equipment warehouses and hazardous waste warehouses;
- The custer of sludge pressing and sludge storage houses;
- Generator house, garage;
- Monitoring stations and flow measurement ditch;
- The main treatment tank cluster is designed with 2-stage physicochemical treatment combined with anoxic and aerobic biological treatment. Together with equalization tank, oil separation tank, sludge digestion tank, sludge thickening tank, and disinfection tank.
The quality of treated wastewater is always strictly and continuously controlled through the automatic monitoring system, the measured concentrations of the monitored parameters are also transmitted to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Duong province for monitoring according to regulations.
