Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City is the first industrial park. Polluting industries such as plating, textile dyeing, plant protection drugs, etc. are fully concentrated in the industrial park with complex wastewater properties, high pollution concentration. The requirements for treated water is to meet National Regulation 40:2011/BTNMT, column A with coefficient Kq = 0.9, kf = 0.9.
Centralized wastewater treatment plant of Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park – unit 4 is designed, constructed, and installed by Duong Nhat for the following items:
- Dynamic control cabinet house is connected to the general operation house of the Wastewater Treatment Plant;
- Chemical warehouses and chemical mixing houses;
- Renovate the existing sludge press house into a common press house of 4 units;
- The main treatment tank cluster is designed with 2-step physicochemical treatment combined with Anoxic and Aeration treatment technology.
The quality of treated wastewater is always strictly and continuously controlled through an automatic monitoring system, the measured concentration of the monitored parameters is also transmitted to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City for monitoring according to regulations.
