DUONG NHAT IS HONORED TO BE A PARTNER WITH VSIP: GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR THE PROJECT “CENTRALIZED WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF VSIP III INDUSTRIAL PARK – BINH DUONG”

Recently, Duong Nhat was honored to be selected as the EPC General Contractor of the project “VSIP III Industrial Park Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant – Binh Duong” invested by Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited (VSIP).

VSIP III Binh Duong Industrial Park is located in Tan Uyen town, Binh Duong province and owns a very large scale of nearly 1,000 hectares with a total investment capital of up to 6,407 billion VND. This project is planned in the direction of an smart international industrial park model, meeting strict standards of environment, safety and facilities. To meet this, the Investor offers a series of strict technological criteria for the industrial park centralized wastewater treatment plant, as follows:

• Adopt advanced and environmentally friendly treatment technology. Combining biological treatment and physicochemical treatment technology, in which biological treatment is the main;
• Design and apply energy-saving, water-saving and water-reusing solutions. Use high-performance, environmentally friendly equipment;
• Requires the treatment and minimizing of odor generation in the system;
• Landscapes, and emergency pond must be environmentally friendly, unique design, high density of green areas for visitors and learning;
• Investment in wastewater treatment system for reuse;
• The treated wastewater will supply water to the artificial spring.

To follow the smart industrial park orientation of VSIP III Industrial Park, the centralized wastewater treatment plant is planned according to a green, modern and fully automated model. The factory is built with the concepts of a green park, unique architecture, in harmony with the surrounding landscape and environmentally friendly. The total green area of the factory is up to 75% with energy saving criteria compared to previous existing factories;

1. Reduce water consumption by 8% – 10%;
2. Reduce electricity consumption by 12% – 15%;
3. Reduce the amount of sludge by at least 30%;
4. Does not generate odors;
5. No noise is generated.

This is the 4^th project that VSIP cooperates with Duong Nhat. The continuous long-term cooperation with VSIP investor is a proof of the capacity and prestige of Duong Nhat – the leading company in the general contractor for wastewater treatment and supply water in Vietnam.
