In order to serve the resettlement of households, relocated to build Long Thanh airport, the Construction Investment Project Management Board under the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province, has started the construction of Loc An – Binh Son resettlement area with the standard of a new urban, modern area, and a total area of more than 280 hectares. In particular, the wastewater treatment system is one of the top concerns.
With the trust of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province, Duong Nhat was selected as the contractor to carry out “Construction, supply and installation of equipment and apply for permission to discharge water after environmental treatment for the wastewater treatment system of Loc An – Binh Son resettlement area”, contributing to helping people quickly stabilize their lives. The wastewater treatment system is designed with a capacity of 4000 m3/day, meeting the National Technical Regulation on Domestic Wastewater QCVN 14:2008 BTNMT, Column A.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM OF LOC AN – BINH SON RESETTLEMENT AREA was constructed and installed by Duong Nhat engineers for the following items:
- The cluster of operation houses includes: working room, control room, staff rest room
- Sludge pressing house, warehouses, chemical mixing houses and air blowers house;
- Monitoring station house and the flow measurement ditch;
- ASBR biotreatment tank cluster design includes anoxic tank integrated with aeration tank through mixing, flexible aeration during filling and reaction phase to optimize Total Nitrogen treatment, thorough treatment of COD, BOD, TSS, Total Phosphorus. Other tanks in the treatment system includes receiving tanks, sand settling combined oil separation tanks, and equalization tanks.
The quality of treated wastewater is always strictly and continuously controlled through an automatic monitoring system, the measured concentration of these criteria is also transmitted to the Monitoring Center of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai province for monitoring according to regulations before being discharged into the environment.
